Application-Only Leases for Transactions up to $150,000
American Bank Leasing provides leasing and financing for transactions up to $150,000 based on a simple one-page application .
Credit decisions are based on three primary factors:
- FICO Scores: Your willingness to pay obligations, as reflected in the credit bureau reports of the principals of your company.
- Bank Balance: A Commercial Bank reference demonstrating an adequate average bank balance.
- Longevity: The length of time your company has been in business is a measure of your staying power.
Transactions Over $150,000
For transactions over $150,000, the application process is virtually the same!
